Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that during busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Once processing has begun, we are unable to modify order details.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Deliveries
We are not liable for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen afterward.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll assist you in arranging a replacement.
